My Moto Q stopped working...?

I turned on my moto q, one of the later, darker versions, this morning and it brought up some error report. I sent the report both times and when they closed, i didn't have service, time, calender info, i couldn't access anything on the phone, my contacts weren't saved and my messages were all the contacts numbers and NOT their names. I might try the master reset but if anyones been through this please help. It's a great phone but im puzzled...
