I was in a private parking lot and somebody was backing out and hit my car as i was driving by. I am sixteen years old and live in Ga. I was using my parents' car but my name was not on the policy.(the car is insured under my parents' policy) the other person is completely at-fault. will my insurance cover the accident sustain on my car. I gave the police my license and insuracne, and they didn't dod anything.
