My Nokia 6300 does not play many videos, audios and does not open JPG pictures.?

I bought Nokia 6300 few days back, but it does not play many 3Gp, Mp3 and Mp4 songs, does not opens Jpg pictures. Even the pictures taken with its own camera cannot be viewed on this phone. I cannot install any application on it. Please help me...
