My old MOTOROLA razr mobile phone wont turn on!! the keypad turns on for...

...around 10 seconds, and then turns off? i dropped my phone in a bucket of water!! but then i let it dry for a while, and it was fine after that, just the camera didn't work as well as it used to. So i kept using it for a few months then got a new phone. now my brother wants to use it, and when i press the on button, the keypad lights up for around 10 seconds, and then turns off. Nothing happens on the screen though. I've tried charging it overnight, but still no luck. Should i bother trying to fix it? or is it unfixable?
 
I hade a pink motorola razr for like 1 year and in 1 month, 7 of them broke randomly. So I don't think you can fix it. Bring it into your sevice (verizon?) and they will replace it whith a whole new brand of phone. I'm 14 and i just got the Env2 and its the best phone ever! :)
