My pants keep are always coming off when I kick in class, what can I do so they don't fall off one day and I'm not naked infront of the class?
Also, is there a good video out there that shows how to tie the obi? When I tie my obi i find the center of the belt and wrap it around my body. But it criss crosses at the back, is this normal?
