My Parakeet is biting me....?

I got my parakeet last year and whenever I try take her out of her cage she starts biting me REALLLY hard. Oh yeah she laid eggs but it probably wont hatch and so my dad threw them out and now shees reaaallly sad, what can I do to solve these 2 problems?

you need to work with your bird more often to tame her down more..birds dont like to b grabbed is why shes biting..its normal..
about the eggs...just keep throwing them away..shes not missing her eggs at all so dont worry about that..
