My passenger side speakers buzz in my SUV when the radio is on?

It doesn't happen all of the time though. If I go over a bump, it will stop, then I go over another bump and it will start buzzing again. It seems like it is only from that one speaker. Whats up?
 
Sounds like a blown speaker.

There could be a wire or some other object touching the speaker cone. OR

When the volume is turned up TOO LOUD it can tear the speaker cone, which causes the buzzing.

If the cone is torn, I would replace both speaker.
