my ps3 download speed of the psn is really slow will some body help me please?

i am on sky broadband 20 mb and and i use my ps3 wireless my brother is on 16mb broadband with sky and he took 10 min to download resident evil 5 and it took me 5 hours can some body help me please
 
well some areas in the UK have limited speed limit so their or get a better wireless router a N or N1

www.speedtest.net and make sure your broadband is what your paying for...And PS3 caps you off at 8MB, i also have 20MB but form comcast but you will never download at that speed, it took me about the same amount of time, it depends on when u download it. If you downloaded it during a high traffic time its gonna be much slower then say at like 4 in the morning.
