My sister's Motorola Atrix 2 has problems with the camera.?

Her phone is running Android 4.0.4. When she tries to open up the camera she gets the error "Can't connect to camera"

I need the answer by tomorrow because she needs a camera for pictures at a convention!
The camera app doesn't even open. My sister downloaded a camera app and that's where the error came from. The app is from Cymera, and when she opens it she gets that error. The camera app itself does not open.
 
There is probably an internal wiring problem between the camera and the motherboard.
