My son loves / obsesses over cars ! What should i buy him for his 24th birthday!?

My son just graduated from the medical program at Harvard university and i must say, typing this question brings tears to my eyes because he is such a successful young man. I was wondering, im so proud of him so i have to get him a new car for his 24th birthday. He's loved exotic sports cars since he was a little boy and right now hes driving some kind of volkswagen hatch car. Its some kind of R22 or something. I want to get him a nicer car. My budget is 250,000 - 400,000 and im confused between the different models provided by lamborghini and ferrari. He loves cars that are low to the ground. Not those things that chinese kids drive around though. Please help me, i gotta get him something nice. Links will be appreciated. Once again thankyou! God bless you all.
