I have some photos on my phone that I want to upload to the computer but I can't get my phone to connect to the computer using the USB. I have no other way of transferring the files because the phone dos not have a separate memory card.
Suggestions?
The software has already been installed. I've even tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling and it didn't work
