my sony ericsson W350 won't connect to my pc?

My new W350 Sony Ericsson phone won't connect to my pc. I've installed the media manager and it still won't recognise my phone.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this crap phone to work???
 
You have to install the Pc Ericsson Suite. Then reboot the PC, and connect the phone. I had the same trouble. The Media Manager is not enough, you need to Suite too. You can DL it from the same site you got the Media Manager.
