My speakers are not connecting properly on my Home Theater System?

I bought a Samsung 1000w Home Theater System and could not get sound from center, rear right, and rear left speakers. I exchanged it for the same system and the same problem is happening. Does anyone know/had this happen to them. Please help! (:
I get sound out of all the other speakers though.
