hey guys i am 20 years of age in a few months, and Ive been smoking cigarettes since i was 15, for 3 years i smoked about 20 - 30 cigarettes a day. I stopped smoking cigarettes as much after cause i use to smoke marijuana allot and ciggies sometimes socially etc, but now that Ive stopped the marijuana and back to cigarettes Ive noticed a sting on the tip and around the tip of my tongue every time i have one, I only have maybe 3-6 a day now but it really stings only when i smoke. I'm wondering why but cant figure it out ? has it got to do with smoking or do i have some other medical problem like a infection or something ?? but it totally looks normal and feels normal to me i dunno? i need some opinions please
