Dont let the naysayer disappoint you. Torrenting is perfectly legal. Now what you download well thats the issue. Where you live matters too but lets get to the question.
If Utorrent(which is what ya should be using) says you're not being blocked aka green check mark then your program is fine. It's when it says your download port is blocked that you need to open a port on the router for Utorrent.
Sometimes you get fast seeders, sometimes you dont. The nature of the beast.
P.S. Your upload speed should NOT be 100%, 25% is good.
