Two months ago, by using the Toshiba restoration CD which came with my laptop, I brought my computer to out of box condition. It was okay for the first 2 days ( It had the dvd drive ikon when I opened My Computer). Then I downloaded the trial version of Norton 360 which was good for 90 days ( now 30 days). But after that download it never showed a dvd drive ikon in the 'My Computer". I tried playing an audio cd, but the laptop didn't play it. Actually it should do that automatically when we insert the disk. And there was no dvd or cd ikon in MY Computer (As I have told earlier) I was unable to command the computer to open the disk or play it. So what could be the problem?
