I've tried the *228 choice 1 & 2 for my phone.
The problem started yesterday and always in a couple of hours I have to do *228 option 2 to receive all of my messages. This is nuisance, I would like to know how to fix this problem without going to Verizon and having to get a new phone. Anyone else have a similar problem?
