My video won't save more than the first 8 seconds on to the computer (DVD Shrink)?

Alright, well I'm using DVD Shrink to save a video from my DVD to my computer. The problem is, I followed all the steps on the video tutorial, but it only saves the first 8 seconds of my video onto the computer, along with some other garbage that I can't even open, though I know it is related to the video I'm trying to save. Halp?
