...classes,yoga for 5 yrs of no use.? i've tried everything dietiing gym yoga but nothing effects me...i m gaining fat day by day....plz suggest me something so that i can reduce 5 kg every month ..when i had diet pills it affects my body ..i have red stretch marks all over the body.
 
you can do it by help of running
running burns maximum calories than any other exercise
donot get stressed
be motivated to lose some weight...
before exercise say to yourself "comeon i can do it"
also donot eat junk food
