My wife wants me to cook for her?

I am not a good cook though. I told her that it is better if she prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner but she thinks I am being sexist. I even promised her to do the cleaning of the house if only she would cook for me but last night she called me a misogynist.

Now it has been one week since I tasted her wonderful cooking because she refuses to cook. Our relationship is breaking due to this very trivial problem. How should one solve this?
 
Give her breakfast in bed. If that doesn't work out so well, she'll know that you tried and will love you for that. Ask her if she wants to cook together with you. Tell her that if she wants you to cook more often, you need help learning.

pretty simple...Cook her a meal. Doesn't have to be anything fancy. Just a simple meal will do.
 
why don;t you suggest that you BOTH cook together :) wouldn't it be more fun and less of a burden that way? ask her to teach you how to cook, that'll make her smile :) even if you cook a meal for her that tastes really bad, thing about it, it's the thought that counts :) good luck :)
 
Get a good divorce lawyer, as she has very good grounds for taking you to the cleaners.
The traditional method of not being asked to do a job, is do it so badly that she never asks again.
 
Tell her you cook nowhere as good as she, and that it makes no sense you two to eat bad food you cook instead of tasty food she would cook! Try to make deal again you to clean the house or do something else in exchange for her cooking.

Or as poster above said you two can cook together too. Maybe it's a good idea.
