MySims Agents: Chad's Bike Puzzle?

I've looked just about everywhere for a walkthrough for this video game, but I swear to God I can't find the answer anywhere. I'm on the boardwalk level, and I'm trying to figure out how to get Chad's motorcycle to work again-- but the gear puzzle is ridiculously hard. For real. If anyone has beaten the game, please let me know how to solve this, or at least give me a hint, cos this is killing me!
