All week our PE class has been doing the fitness tests. We started with the shuttle run and also did the sit ups and sit and reach tests. Tomorrow is the push ups so those are a piece of cake for me but Friday we are doing the mile run. As a field hockey player, I'm normally pretty good at running and every day after school I go for a small jog. But, I have to finish the mile in at least 10 minuets. I can jog the whole mile but I'm not sure I can keep a faster pace. Any tips?
