ok the requirements for the navy bootcamp fitness test for my age is 42 pushups,50 situps and a 1.5 mile run in 12:30. but when you are doing pt during training, how many pushups, situps and running do you actually do, and how many should i be training to do/run. ***particularly how many miles do you run on an average pt run and what is the maximum number of miles you would have to run at one time during training*** thanks i appreciate the answers
