NCL or Carnival Cruise... ?

Which cruise would suit the wants of 18 year olds? It's between the Norwegian Sky or Carnival Destiny. All 18 year olds want to drink and have fun, but is NCL aimed towards an older crowd? Any other comments about each would be nice just so we know what we are dealing with, thank you!
 
Definitely Carnival. They have bars and clubs and night stuff for 18 and older. However, they will not serve 18 year olds alcohol. On land, they can have it, but not on the boat.
Its a lot of fun, my boyfriend and I (i'm 19 and hes 21) went on a carnival cruise last july and it was so much fun.
