need a health adviser or fitness trainers advice?

Ok so I'm a female I'm 5 feet tall and I weigh 140. I have 40 days to lose 20lbs or at least tone up my arms and flatten my stomach. Now I know I'm not gonna lose it all so don't jus tell me dat I. Know dat already. I jus want to know if what I started today will work. In the morning I job/walk for 30min between 3 and 3.5. Dis is at about 530-6am I drink nothing but water. I eat a bowl of cereal wit skim milk around 12. I have a 6in turkey sanwich on wheat fom subway about 5 and I have a small side sald wit grilled chicken or a bowl of soup around 730-8 in beween if I get hungry I only snack on granola bars or activia light yogurt. At night I lift weights and do some ab wok outs for 20min. Will dis be good enough or what should I change. Please give me some detailed answers. Thanks
