I took a snapshot from a video that's on youtube of someone bragging that they have a Mercedes Benz. It looks to be one, the emblem on the steering wheel looks like a Benz emblem but has a circle looking part in the middle. Can someone tell me if this is a Mercedes Benz? This is the best pic I can get of it.

Also, If it is not, what type of car is this? I can't find an emblem that looks like that other than a Mercedes Benz one.
