need help converting dvd contents to text?

i have six dvds full of nintendo ds games and i would like to print a list of the games on each disc, other than doing screenshots and printing thru paint how do i get a printout of what is on each disc?
pleaseeeee someone help!!! i dont want the kids on my computer all the time...just want to be able to give them a list they can look at.
