Need help making a diagram of government under Articles of Confederation!!?

So yea I'm supposed to make a diagram of how the government system worked under the Articles of Confederation, but I'm having trouble grasping the exact process it used. Who was the central power? What were they allowed to do? How were the people represented and included in this process? Please help thanks!
