Need help picking hair style? points for best answer?

Ok i'm guy with a mid-long haircut sort of like Justin dude (forget his name the sing) old hair cut but a bit different and recently i have been like wearing hats but my hair always goes like downward points over my ear. usually i curves around without a hat. I would like to keep my hair long-mid any suggestions?
 
Go to a barber shop and look at the books they have. They have some good books that show you different styles for each length. Talk to one of the barbers they can give you advice.
