my brother gave me a goldstar combination vhs/dvd player.(without the remote, he lost it). i have an rca universal remote(i think).i programed the rca remote to work with the vhs/dvd. it works fine except for the volume. there's no volume button on the dvd/vhs player. there is however two volume buttons on the rca remote. how do i program the remote so that the volume button will work with the vhs/dvd player. i'm new to this stuff, so could someone please give me step by step instructions in laymans terms? thanks ever so much for all answers.
