Need help with finding out what is wrong with my car! 2003 Dodge Stratus SE?

My ac works fine and it works on all settings but, it has a mind of its own, it will change settings by itself, go from the dash to the defrost, to the floor, but now its gotten to where it does not blow out of the main vents at all. I have been doing research and noticed that everyone else says its the blower motor resistor, but that's not the problem in my case
 
It's probably just the computer system that manages the car and the settings for it is off. Have a Dodge dealership run diagnostics on the car to see. It shouldn't be doing that obviously.
