Need recipe for spread with Kraft Roka Blue, Old English and cream cheese?

I used to make a cheese spread with Roka Blue, Old English and cream cheese. It also had garlic salt. I can't remember the exact measurements. I have mixed up 1 jar of blue, 1 jar of Old english and 1 pkg cream cheese. I can't remember if it should have 2 cream cheese or not.

Does anyone know? Thanks
