Need to lose weight before a cruise in June?

Ok so im 17 and am a Lacrosse player. I practice for 2 hrs a day, running pretty much the whole time. We do push ups and sit ups once in a while. Ive been having these practices since mid January. I eat healthy with a few goodies here and there. Ive cut out soda and try to stay away from sugars. I dont understand why im not losing more weight?
