Where can I go to get a cheap price? Live in CA with their stringent emissions law. Need to pass my smog test which I will fail because my front catcon is below threshold. I don't have the money to spend upwards of $700 on a new front catcon so are there any other options for me to pass my smog test? My car is 2001, 4 cylinder with A LOT of miles (100K +).
