Need to replace wireless headphones for 2006 Honda Odyssey.?

I need to replace a set of headphones and purchase an additional set for my factory installed audio/DVD system in my 2006 Odyssey. To re-order via the Honda website, here is the description ... OEM honda wireless headset, works with honda IVES systems. They are $70 for one set. Do I have to get them from Honda or can I order any wireless? Will any wireless work??
