umm the thing is that im on a diet and i need recipes on making my own lunch well u c im just 15 year old and my family always make heavy food for lunch soo i wanna know some simple and easy recipes because im sick at the moment and i cant stand alot to make hard ones :) help owh and i dont need answers like tell ur mom to make better and healtheir food ive tried it with her and i feel like if i make my food it will be easier for me but the problem is that when i come back from school im really tired so i just eat what my mom makes beacuse i would be tired and hungry soo i need help on that too lol anyways i just need simple and easy good diet recipe :)
 
Just avoid oily food, sugar and potato. These are basics which are responsible for weight gain.
 
you can do really simple small things to make sure you are eating healthier. Try to cut out your carbs... no bagels, breads, pasta. If you must eat bread, or you are making sandwiches, don't eat white bread! Instead switch to wheat bread, or sprouted wheat bread. Stay away from cheeses. Snack on celery and carrots. Grilled vegetables are really easy to make! Whatever you do, don't starve yourself!!!
