Net10 Motorola EX124G receiving text message help, please?

I bought this new phone today, activated it and all. When I started texting my friends my new number, everything went fine. But, when I received their text messages, my phone said "No Number", but after I opened the text message and went back, it had their contact name. This is frustrating 'cause I would like to see who exactly tested me. I tried messing with the settings to try and change that but it seems I'm having no, luck. Does anyone have any idea how this can be fixed? Is there a website that can help me with this issue? Anything?

Issue: When receiving text messages, there is no contact name until after message is opened.
