I got a new free verizon phone because my current one has been having problems. My current one has cracked and the lady i was talking to on global support for verizon told me to not turn it back in because i would get charged nearly 300 dollars, but instead to call a number that she gave me then i would only have pay around 50-80 dollars for something which i don't remember what it was called. I have the number but i'm not exactly sure what i'm supposed to say to them when I call them. Should i tell them about the crack? I think she said something that it had to do with a deductable, but I'm still completely confused about it all.. please help!
