Austin used to be so great. People were really down to earth & laid back. In the last 10 years or so, and particularly in the last five, it's seemingly been overtaken by the hipster, self-appointed upscale crowd resembling something out of "Real Housewives", but with 90% of them putting on a front, trying to represent something they only wish they could be. Upscale here usually just translates to "in debt for appearances". It's really a shame. So, for the purpose of irony, I recommend it be called either
Hipster
Represent
Shame
Real
Platinum
Inclusion
..or you could just call it Upscale.
In addition to the sarcasm, the idea has merit, particularly just calling it Upscale, or something like Inclusion. Basic sociology bets that the crowd you're trying to attract will be attracted to those words. Whether they're faking their status or not, that's the clientele you're looking to have support your business, and I'm sure they won't mind running up that AmEx Platinum to fit in.
