ive just bought a new phone. i installed the disk to my computer so i can use my usb and add songs and what not to my phone but although the disk said it installed nothing happened. i couldnt even search for it. and when i tried to install it again it said i was uninstalling it. why cant i manage to find my phone from my computer?? i bought it from a proper shop so i dont think its dodgy. any suggestions?? please??
