New Texas Drivers License Out-of-state?

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive a new Texas driver's license in the mail. I am moving from California and the website had no answers. Thanks!!!
 
Up to 45 days, I think. I've always gotten mine in like two weeks or less, but I'm in Austin, home of DPS.
