How can I reach Level 2 and make friends on Yahoo! Answers?

Level 2 is achieved when you reach 250 points, and level 3 is when you hit 1000 points, etc.
 
Answer questions 2 points each. Level 2 is when you reach 249 points.

You don't want to know how to do that. I'm not sure that it is actually a violation of the Community Guidelines but it is definitely frowned upon. You're supposed to answer questions to be helpful, not with the ulterior motive of getting people to answer your questions.
