I LOVE the turtles. And Nick is my favorite channel ever. I grew up loving both. I'm 20 now, but I still watch cartoons all the time....mainly cuz I want to write for childrens cartoons.
Anywhoo, Nick just showed a preview for TMNT. A really short one, but it shows what the character designs look like and the city design. The city looks a little like the 2007 CGI movie, but perhaps not as dark or crisp (to be expected from a tv show though). But for Nicks current CGI shows, it looks good, the city that is.
I love anything Turtles at all. I remember seeing reruns of that late 80's show, the live action show in the 90's with the girl turtle, and the newest turtle series that ended a couple years ago. I loved all of them. I believe true fans love the series no matter what. I also like the comics too, so I'm not show biased or anything.
What I was wondering is what you TMNT fans think of Nicks' TMNT potential. Do you think it will be epicly awesome or just an ok series. I think nickelodeons old style of cartoons would fit really well with TMNT (you know that 90's style), I like their current style too, but I just think 90's would fit better. I'm not actually crazy about the turtle designs, but then again with the last series I wasn't crazy about their designs at first either, but ended up loving it.
