Hi guys, i was just wondering if anyone has used the nicotine inhaler, and when puffing on it, do you inhale the nicotine as in breath it in, do you only puff on it? i read that you have to inhale it and dont breath it into the lungs, just blow back out again, but then how does the nicotine get into your system.. im a little confused, the instructions are not really clear either, so if someone could help me i would be greatful. thanks.
