Nintendo DSi Action Replay?

Ive never used one of these and was wondering what exactly does it do ???

How do you use it, I have Pokemon Soul Silver and Pokemon Pearl, I just want to use it on Pearl will that work........

oh and I have a dsi xl will this one work......

so do i have to install it on the ds to make it work or what ???
 
Well i wouldn't buy a new Ds because the newer 3ds is coming out real soon. 3DS is the portable game system which you dont need glasses! I would recommend waiting. And why the hell would you want a XL Dsi, you cant even fit it in your pocket!
How the hell are you going to put that Huge Di1do in your pocket.
