nissan 350z owners please help?

i'm lookin to invest in a used '06 350
personally, i like how it looks
never driven one though
would you recommend i get this vehicle?

i'm hearing people bash on the 350z.. i don't know why
everyone says stuff like "are you serious? ... "ew",... "hell no"
also hear that the 350z breaks down alot and needs to be taken to the shop to be fixed often
is that true??

please give me input
as much as you can or as detailed would help me even more

Great car....fun to fix up...only one ive ever seen in pieces was a show car that got hit....
