To test the struts to see if they are bad, bounce the front end real hard to a 3-4 times then let go. 1-1/2 bounces when you let go is normal. Also look at the struts them self, inside the coil spring where the chrome shaft is at the bottom is there oil residue? That will be the first sign of them starting to go bad. Changing the struts is not cheap so I was just saying to check them out first. Did this just start happening or did you just buy it? Why do you think it is not smooth is my question?
struts in the front shocks in the rear could be that or the type of tires you have way to check shocks or struts is just look at them if they wet or dust covered they leaking and are bad if they have more than 60,000 miles they bad
