Nissan Versa, Toyota Yaris, Honda Fit, Chevy Aveo...?

Which gets the best mileage? And which has the most problems?

I really like this kind of car, but don't know where to look first. I'm very little too, single no kids, so space isn't much of an issue. I do want an automatic though because I don't know how to drive a manual and don't want to learn how to in order to get a new car.

Any thoughts?
 
What good mpg car to buy.

I bought a 2009 Versa thinking I could get 24-25mpg in the city of Chicago. No such luck. I get 20 mpg using winter mix gas. I hope it increases as car breaks in and summer gas mixture starts on April 15th.

Back to you- Get a Honda Fit or if you don't mind something smaller/cheaper Toyota Yaris. These will get the best mileage outside of hybrid cars. Think about it Nissan, Kia, Hyndai are all behind the first place Honda and second place Toyota. Scions are good too but some get better gas mileage that others, even if they are the same model, same with the Versa.

Get a Fit.
