I recently bought a RCA RTD325W home theater system for my bedroom, which is not a very large area, at all. I wired it so I can still have an XBOX 360 hooked to the tv for VIDEO and then the RCA system as my AUDIO. (Therefore I do not see a screen for the RCA programming etc..) So I popped in a random movie to test the speakers/sub and make adjustments on the DBs ... During a part of the movie I was watching (Iron Man) the actor is talking to himself while background music is playing in his scene.. BUT I can only hear the background music while he is speaking his dialogue! So I skipped to another scene when the actor is watching TV... if he doesn't speak, or a loud sound effect isn't produced the sound from the TV he is watching is gone! As if it mutes then unmutes over and over. I have read the manuals, searched the web for answers, nothing!! Please help!
Need an answer other than "Shouldn't have bought a piece of crap"
This is a cheap alternative for the time being, planning on upgrading to a premium sound system when I move into a different house. Any suggestions for that would also be appreciated!!!
Thanks!!!!!
