No bluetooth on windows 7?

I have a dell inspiron laptop and I had windows vista, I had bluetooth there in the control panel, so I know my computer supports bluetooth. I upgraded to windows 7 and I have no bluetooth in the control panel and no access at all to bluetooth. What can I do to get some access to bluetooth?

go in device manager and see if your blutooth driver is installed. if it has a '?' mark or yellow by it, it means its not installed.. Or vista supports bluetooth , but you may not have the bluetooth device (check the buttons around your laptopp that says anything about bluetooth). If there is a bluetooth device but the driver is not installed, go to microsoft.com and go to automatic drivers, and it will get you all your drivers
